Ingredients

Makes: 6-8 Servings

2 cups whipped cream (Homemade Whipped Cream Recipe)

1/4 cup canned pumpkin , we used Farmers Market brand Organic non GMO

2 teaspoons pure Maple Syrup, or more to taste

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ginger

pinch of salt

1 cup mini marshmallows, we used Dandies brand non GMO, natural ingredient brand

Directions

1. This recipe can be served individually in a dish or as a dip.

2. Make your whipped cream first. How to Make Your Own Whipped Cream Recipe

3. Mix the canned pumpkin, maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and salt together into a bowl. Do a little taste test and if you want it sweeter, add a bit more maple syrup.

4. Fold in the whipped cream and then the marshmallows.

5. Serve in fun serving dishes, garnish with a marshmallow, apple slice, or a pecan nut.
